Morning Ben. Nothing arrived. You don’t open until 10. We’re on holiday with no food. Apparently the manager was out in the van last night but as he never showed or called, should we contact the police or other rescue services?He could be dead along with our order.Worrying times.
Hi @Tesco we’ve been waiting with our three young kids for our delivery of basic supplies. Any chance your ‘you’re next in line’ statement on the phone at 7.10 was a lie? We were tempted to believe you then coz you were only 10 minutes later than your four hour window.
@Tesco Hi Ben. I’m asking about Tesco policy. On another related matter: as it’s still not arrived, will it come after 11 or not at all? No comms from driver or call centre phones. Again, I’m asking policy coz I don’t believe anything anymore about this order-do deliveries stop at 11?
@Tesco I would message with those details now but I’m having trouble getting the kids to sleep. Just be nice to know if it’s policy to say these things and then have messages from drivers alluding to imminent deliveries that never arrive.
.@askesure Assuming you’re the insurance company who took money from my a/c after autorenewing without clear notice...please tell me how 2 cancel my policy by email (not phone or setting up an a/c I don’t want). If you’re a different company, apologies for the disturbance.
