This is a bet on giving young talent responsibility, and believing that they can grow into the role. Gap year offers have a minimum salary of $75k/year, with most offers expected to reach six figures.

@Bagz_Tech @eduleadership There is tech out there that motivates droves (Prodigy, Duolingo) and you can come up with some very intrusive tech like Alpha School too or even more intrusive (used as a positive here). It’s just how intrusive you are permitted to be - the tech exists
