The actual salary companies pay is about 30% to 40% higher, which is never mentioned. This includes social security and pension fees. The difference with US isn’t that much if you take everything into account.

Raises in SMB usually depend on how well you perform and your negotiation skills.

Im still juggling between Cursor, Conductor, OpenCode, Claude Desktop when working locally, haven't made my mind up. I really like what Conductor and OpenCode are doing.
