I think this is such a great topic to raise concern about, especially after our class has been so focused on animal research. I think ethical animal research and testing is so important. #39canimals

Did you know that dogs are euthanized after they have endured multiple tests in research labs? The Beagle Freedom Project urges these labs to let their dogs be adopted and get a chance at a better life, rather than ending their lives short. #39canimals

California was the first state in all of America to pass a state-wide ban on pet stores selling animals from puppy mills. This greatly increased the opportunities for shelter dogs to be adopted which decreased overcrowding in shelters. #39canimals
