@AlbaneseNYC They fall under the Federal Railway Labor Act and were “released” to Strike by the Presidential Emergency Board (PEB) The RLA is the same law that prevents Airline Workers Strikes and makes our negotiations last for multiple years. And they were negotiating for 3 years too.
