@WeAreOpenreach Pretty disappointing start to a full fibre connection. Told there is a fault with a brand new network & not scheduled to be fixed until the 15th - why is it so long??
@OctopusEnergy my intelligent octopus has suddenly become not so intelligent. The car starts charging as soon as it is plugged in, and doesn’t stop until full. I know there can be a delay pausing charge, but for some reason this has stopped being overridden.
@VodafoneUK@annecater Apologies are fine, but this is twice now within the last 2-3 months. We pay a fair amount for the broadband pro service with VF, yet the dongle backup is so poor it’s not even usable, and a complete waste of money. What we need is a stable and fit for purpose connection..
@Chalkyjohnson@AudiUKCare It’s Probably the shortage of semiconductors - that seems to be the standard response to their absolute lack of any kind of service. For a German premium brand it’s a disgrac!

@tgrrr@AudiUK You won’t get a reply - my car has been in order months, was a scheduled build for week 39. We are now at the end of week 42, and apparently no one can advise the current status. Audi don’t give a sh*t - never come across such shockingly poor customer service!

Now end of wk42 and no one is apparently able to update on the current build status! Disgusting customer service from what is supposed to be a premium brand….
@EE Hi, just recently rejoined EE on a sim only package, but have no data connectivity & can’t register as my email address is linked to my previous account..help!!
@EE Absolutely pathetic service from EE. Woke up to no internet, apparently a fault in the area despite no shown outages. Estimated time to be repaired 10th June. Just at the time I’m relying on it most!
Five days to fix a fault??? That I’m not even convinced exists...
@EE So why do none of the online outage checkers not show it either? Not exactly sure how I’m expected to work next week with no internet connection - are you going to compensate me for three days pay???
@EE Yes 🤬 - been onto support, but there is nothing they could do! Sending out a new router & openreach eng booked for Wednesday!!
So no internet until at least then - not at all happy, but nothing else I can do
@EE No internet connection since 9pm. Fourth time in three months, I can not afford to have an unstable connection - time to bin off EE and find a better provider???
