Thank you to @Delta customer service for stepping in via phone, rescuing me from your SkyTeam partner’s abusive staff, and getting me a new First Class ticket home. I will be filing formal grievances with @Profeco and the US DOT regarding Aeromexico's extortion and negligence.

This targeted mobbing caused me to suffer a severe panic attack with cardiac symptoms (tachycardia, chest tightness). The staff offered no safe space. The airport paramedics arrived without oxygen or water, offering an unidentified pill while I was disoriented. @US_DOT

Due to an oversold cabin, an @Aeromexico supervisor tried to force me into an un-refunded downgrade. When I calmly asked for my passenger rights and a private space to speak, 6 staff members and security surrounded me, yelled at me, and began filming me to intimidate me. @Profeco
