Hey @cnn - running ads for Birthright alongside your stories about the Israeli government starving the population of Gaza to death is absolutely absurd.
This is a delicate moment. Itโs a new day and yet so many are on edge. Our politics are inflamed, and social media only adds to the anxiety.
It seems that @elonmusk made an awkward gesture in a moment of enthusiasm, not a Nazi salute, but again, we appreciate that people are on edge.
In this moment, all sides should give one another a bit of grace, perhaps even the benefit of the doubt, and take a breath. This is a new beginning. Letโs hope for healing and work toward unity in the months and years ahead.
Imagine being born in a refugee camp, dying in a refugee camp, knowing nothing but oppression and genocide ur whole life and then being called a terrorist for not sitting back and watching western imperialism override ur basic human rights lol
Israel can't ban journalists from going into Lebanon like they can in Gaza, so when Israel claimed there was a bunker under a hospital in Beirut the press just sent a bunch of reporters to investigate and they immediately saw Israel was lying. That's why they ban press from Gaza.
@DantheThem@submortimer @Spice8Rack Tables could also have rule 0'd OUT fast mana.
If Rule 0 is all powerful then there should be no need to ever ban anything.
@commandcast Commander should become a 100% proxy legal format as part of the official rules. This entire situation just shines a light on the fact that the secondary market for cards is absurd, and that WotC will continue printing high power, bannable, cards in premium slots
@PleasantKenobi I'd love to see a youtube video or even short series on super spikey no banlist commander games. No mirror matches, 4 unique absolutely overpowered, proxied, decks.
I would not want to play in those games regularly though.
@NonTrotski And democrats are sending more bombs. There are a lot of issues the Dems are better on, but both parties fully support Israel wiping Gaza out, one of them is just more open about it.
