i hooked my whoop to my work calendar to find which coworker gives me the most stress 🚨

thanks to fable, I reverse engineered whoop to pull per minute heart rate. nd matched spikes with cal events and attendees

SWEET’S SUPER SIXTH BIRTHDAY! 🥲

After she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Disease last year around her 5th birthday, the vet said she had weeks to live…If we were lucky, maybe a few months.

ONE YEAR LATER. She is still fighting.

There's a really unfortunately trend I'm noticing where:

- someone writes a great article
- people create AI-summarized versions of the articles and send those around and footnote the article

This does not enhance the article, it dimensions it. It's lossy compression.
