@JeremyThurswell@kitsch Having the same issues. Amazon is clearly prioritizing Chinese sellers over American small businesses. Sorry you are going through this.
Mr @dharmeshmehta selling on Amazon & working with SS to resolve day to day issues resemble dealing with a stubborn child. Almost every reported issue gets turned down suggesting that the seller is doing something wrong and @amazon is correct.
My proposal to fix this:
Fix inventory limits for 45 days.
Allow Sellers to send inventory to maintain their limit - even if they are currently at their limit.
The amount you’re allowed to send is computed by a sales forecasting model + the time it takes to send/receive.
After reporting the duplicate asins and sellers over a month ago we did a test buy. It looks like all products are identical: same batch id, packaging and upcs. Each product has a unique FNSKU. So far only 1 listing is suspended. @dharmeshmehta@AmazonASGTG@amznsellerhelp
Our 5 yo best seller was just deactivated because of a potential violation of the Restricted Product policy. No idea why and how long it will take them to review it. In the meantime Black Hat CN with brand new accounts are selling fine. @dharmeshmehta@sellersupport@amazon
@AmazonHelp I just saw a reply saying our product is categorized as oversize in Canada. However the issue is the fact that we are standard size in US (even according to Amazon's own dimensions) but they are still sending our standard sized products to oversized warehouses.

After months of fighting with @amazon to correctly categorize our products as standard size, Amazon has finally reduced our fee. As a kicker though they are still making us split our shipments to send to 3 different locations and putting 4 day delivery

ASIN down despite having ISO Certified Lab sending clear documentation showing the rigorous tests performed on our product. Apparently Amazon does not does not care that we will have to lay off employees due to loss of our top product.
