🚨 🔐 TEZOS IS TESTING PRIVATE POST-QUANTUM PAYMENTS ⚛️🛡️

TzEL is an experimental Smart Rollup in the Tezos ecosystem designed to explore private transactions resistant to potential quantum-computing attacks. The project replaces elliptic-curve cryptography with a combination of hashes, ML-KEM, and STARK proofs.

👉 What is known so far:

🔹 TzEL stands for Tezos Encrypted Ledger and operates as an experimental Tezos Smart Rollup.

🔹 The system uses BLAKE2s, the ML-KEM-768 algorithm, hash-based signatures, and recursive STARK proofs.

🔹 Test Shield and Private Send transactions are already being processed on the public Tezos Ushuaianet test network.

🔹 The project is still in the research and development stage, is not production-ready, and is not intended for storing real funds.

💬 What this means in practice.

Most modern blockchain systems rely on elliptic-curve cryptography. In the future, sufficiently powerful quantum computers could theoretically pose a threat to these security mechanisms.

TzEL is exploring an alternative architecture in which transaction privacy and verification do not depend on elliptic curves. It is an attempt to prepare blockchain infrastructure for the post-quantum era while preserving payment confidentiality.

At first glance, it looks like a standard hexadecimal string. If you look at it through a Commodore 64 lens, it resembles a VIC-II register sequence for border flipping.

But reverse-engineer the PETSCII screen codes using C64 Little-Endian logic, and the 6510 assembly output decodes bit by bit:
