@IKEAUKSupport Multiple items in order damaged on delivery - parcel full of smashed crockery. Raise a claim link not working on website. Unable to get through on phone. How can I arrange collection and refund?
@sainsburys smart price should’ve been £1.92, however not only did smart price not work, I was also charged for salted £3 rather than unsalted. Customer services colleague said it’d auto refund in the app - how given receipt doesn’t even think I’ve bought unsalted?!

@BoothsCountry@bagelnash bought a pack of Bagel Nash super seeded bagels from Booths Clitheroe with use by date of 30/8, opened them just now and 2 are mouldy! Can’t return to store as I’m not local. Not happy - double whammy food waste and wasted money.

@MountainWHouse Hi. One of the mugs in my recent order is damaged. Do you do any kind of collection for returns - I have no access to transport to take to drop off or post office. Love the mug and would like a replacement.
