@sweatscience @Cyresy_10 @RunCRS @TOwaterfront42k It’s actually one of the immutable rules of running: never fast enough with a tailwind to make up for time (and energy!) lost running into it (same for up/downhill) but @geoffreyburns’ comment on running in a pack against then setting sail with the tailwind would be the tactic ☺️
