@LNER A leak of some kind which is understandable why it is closed. Doesn’t explain why there isn’t an alternative option or why the staff were rude when asked. Even more frustrating when our train is delayed

@LNER already another problem with our journey to London from Doncaster. We bought 1st class so we could use the lounge, get a drink, use the toilet and relax before getting the train, especially as I have a disability. It is not available! No alternative and no warning!

@LNER absolute carnage at Kings Cross, absolutely ridiculous! No info, no help, no apology, crammed in with no seats. Appalling service for our extortionately priced First Class tickets, especially for those of us with a disability!
