1/ Overall, the Armenia–Azerbaijan peace deal is a net positive.
It locks in sovereignty recognition, renounces territorial claims, and opens diplomatic channels. Gains exist for both sides.
But… as lawyer, I see 2 serious risks #Armenia must watch closely.
