@houseoffraser sent me two orders (their error), charged me twice and I’ve been waiting for a refund since 15th Nov. I’ve sent numerous DM’s and emails and still not been refunded the full costs! 😡 awful customer service

@bt_uk hello, if our broadband and entertainment package fixed term has ended, and i proceed with a new fixed broadband offer online, will our tv entertainment part still continue please? My account is not offering me a new package with both?

@OfficeShoes my parcel has been ‘lost’ (by Yodel) for over a week and this is your response. To make it worse, the product IS still in stock, it’s just back to full price! Poor customer service.
