@_alicebeer I booked day passes & spa treatment in March. spa closed and was told to rebook when re open. Before lockdown 2 I tried calling the phone line is dead and aren’t responding to emails. I paid £100on my debit card my bank was informed and can’t help #shambalaspa

@TfL Ok. So if you decide to only run trains from 7am I now not only late for work but I’m having to pay peak fares! Why not make the fares off peak to help those key workers trying to get to work.
