Any lone, plain clothed police officer who engages with a woman on her own will now verify their identity through a new process.

We know we need to regain women’s trust.

We fully accept the onus is on us to verify we are who we say we are & that we are acting appropriately.

@DFS @DFSCare have had the worst experience from DFS and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Nearly 5 months after moving in and STILL no sofa with problem after problem

@easyJet Having tried and failed yesterday and the day before, I’m now able to book, but now the discount has stopped, which seems a little unfair. Are you able to give another discount?

[Emma Thomas @emmaa_thomas]

@easyJet is your website down? Nothing seems to be working

@easyJet I’ve tried to contact you quite a few times! Have flights booked for August to a country you still need to quarantine so want to change to next year. However, dates aren’t available yet. Is someone able to help please?

[Emma Thomas @emmaa_thomas]

@curryspcworld I’ve been trying to get hold of you but seem to stay on hold forever. My kettle arrived and it has some damage on it. Are you able to help please?
