@nickeyrobo @ericamauter I just hate the idea that a 'safety center' is somehow an improvement. It just forces people seeking support into proximity with the police. Colocation of services with the police department serves to build the power of police not to genuinely support community safety

@AdamMantine @mattdorsey Because we are pouring WAY more resources into criminalization than harm reduction. the basic policies advocated by harm reductionists (ie, supervised injection sites and decriminalization) are not implemented anywhere in the US.

@zeDotenator @itsror9 I do think the DFL needs to take some accountability for poor & inconsistent interpretation. There has been a major language access mishap at EVERY DFL convention I've attended. I'm not deep enough into DFL politics to understand what the issue is but it needs to be fixed!
