Final version of @StuartJOldham 's paper comparing the efficacy of 240 different diffusion MRI processing pipelines in mitigating motion-related contamination of connectivity estimates is now out in @NeuroImage_EiC !
Is there a standard reference for the evils of seed-based as opposed to whole-brain (e.g., ICA) functional connectivity analyses? I know seed based depends heavily on choice of seed, but can't find the key reference.
Hey #neonatal#parcellation and #developmental#neuroimaging folks! Here is our newly-publicly-downloadable M-CRIB 2.0 neonatal parcellated brain atlas: https://t.co/q6MpqY8Zix 🧠✨ Ten individual whole-brain parcellations, T2, and T1 images available, and more to be added soon.
As people at #OHBM2019 asked me about my #ISMRM19 talk/slides ("Improved white matter response function estimation for 3-tissue constrained spherical deconvolution"), I've now made it available at https://t.co/q7ovPzhfzZ . Hope it adds some extra intuition to the abstract!

Composite brain maps amassed from an Extraordinary 151 (!) separate international studies reveal subtle #brain differences in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, #Autism Spectrum Disorder, #ADHD; Congrats ALL scientists worldwide for your leadership! More: https://t.co/3CpZTy9YwP
I have anxiety, and you probably didn't know it. But I've decided I'm ok with sharing this now. I'm even hoping it's one of the first steps of dealing with it. And if not that, at least spreading some awareness.
Please retweet; very grateful for it even.

The autism sequencing consortium's paper on exome sequencing of >35k samples is now out https://t.co/Rbs7nOhDHA. Congrats to everyone involved, especially @Sirt3, @joonomics, @RyanLCollins13, and @dalygene
Preprint: https://t.co/kZrpYlgPLF We compare kernel regression with deep neural networks (DNNs) for functional connectivity behavioral prediction using ~10,000 participants. Hint: DNNs do not perform better
