I think it's normal and healthy actually to have different friend groups that reflect different but authentic aspects of yourself. it's not "masking" to recognize that my normal girlfriends don't want to talk about computers! that's just called not being annoying
Maybe this is my unpopular opinion, but adult friendships should not require this much emotional management. If I invite you somewhere and you don't answer for three days, I'm going to assume you're unavailable. I'm not conducting a post game analysis, issuing statements to the press, or opening an investigation into everyone's feelings about the children's museum. I guess my toxic trait is thinking adults should be able to communicate directly instead of expecting me to decipher emotional morse code. I need more friendships that operate like a dog.
I wonder how living together as two cats feels like. can you imagine you are a little guy and there's always another little guy with you and sometimes you beat the shi out of each other
This is all firmly millennial stuff. “Zillenials” just don’t want to admit that they’re actually a part of the quirk chungus funko pop craft beer generation. Sorry guys
Many people still don’t realize that literacy isn’t just about being able to read. It’s about being able to comprehend, evaluate, and apply the information in front of you. The gap between the two is becoming increasingly alarming.
Masters of the Universe establishing that the skull man does not live at the skull mountain but instead the SNAKE mountain is the kind of bold, subversive writing we're missing in modern media
rlm made a joke about Jeff bezos being a big masters of the universe fan and just financing sequel after sequel no matter what happens box office wise, and now I think there may be truth to that
