The “It’s a public road” argument doesn’t cut it legally. Carpenter v. United States already held that compiling someone’s movements over time builds a picture of one’s life that requires a warrant, even when each of the data points collected was public.

A network of cameras building your searchable timeline is exactly that: a warrantless search in gross violation of the Constitutional protections guaranteed to you on American soil.

Don’t support anything or anyone attempting to erode your constitutional protections. It’s a slippery slope that never planes out but rather gets steeper every single time.
