@IR_CRB Honerable sir,We direct recurited SSE (BTech Engineers) still have not get any justice .Again classified in Group C since 30 yrs. As per NC JCM item SSE should be classified as Group B gazzeted status with carrier progression upto SAG to strengthen Techanical structure.

Railway board promote D-group MTS staff into group-C as you seen in given notification. Soon D-group staff promote to group-B and ENGINEERS remains in group-C. On which policy railway board is working...?

@Central_Railway It's 100% true to finish british system & monopoly. Indian Railways is largest technical organization of country but the Rly Ers (SSE/JE) known as backbone of Rly are humiliated & non-tech people are given more importance for which Rlys graph is going down.

Who joined railway in
level 7(grade pay 4600)
After financial upgradation
letter No.RBE 155/2022 dt 17.11.22.

It should be resolved by #GROUP_B_TO_DSSE.
