In @SpaceEngineersG, we have a very well-connected Modder collaboration network.

In the graph below, nodes are the modders and a connection exists if they publish at least one mod together.

Node size is proportional to how many people they have collaborated with.

The network has a big connected unit at the center, as well as a constellation of smaller connected components.

This network only shows ~20% of our modders who collaborated.

As of now, we have more than 7k modders in our community.

In my work @Keenswh, I primarily deal with analytics. A big part of my day revolves around analyzing and understanding different aspects of play, players, and the community in general.

In my exploration of our community, mods are a common thread.

A community represents a mod topic.

Visible topics in this graph are Encounters/NPCs, HUD, Weapons, Blocks, and Planets.

Some communities are very distinguishable while others have more blurred boundaries.

Node size tells us how many other mods are dependent on that mod.

The ring of nodes is made of isolated mods. These isolated mods require no other mods to function.

Isolated mods account for the vast majority with dependent mods (the core) being ~20% of all mods.
