IF YOU ARE A GRADUATE, READ AND SHARE THIS.
It breaks my heart when I see our people who are educated in the UK, have a Master’s Degree, doing odd or demeaning jobs.
In most cases, it is not racism or that there are no jobs. It is usually because our people study and get the qualifications without the work experience.
This country does not respect degrees, but it leans toward work experience, and you usually get work experience through volunteering. So, if there is a vacancy, you will stand a good chance of being given the job.
I studied law after having two children, and the law firms were not looking for an ‘old’ man like me. With three young children, I volunteered in different law firms for over two years before eventually qualifying as a solicitor. My wife fed us through those trying years, but the story has changed for the better.
My friends, you will need to ‘suffer’ by volunteering to use those qualifications. You will not die, and money will come later. The bills will always be there, and a better job will make paying future bills easier. I wish you all the best.

The greatest celebration in world football.
Pioneered by a man who
Doesn’t cheat opponents.
Doesn’t defraud opposition,
Doesn’t rely on help from referees,
Doesn’t pretend to be humble.
Beyond one generation,
Beyond just football,
Beyond just one man,

THE BIGGEST MONEY IN AGRICULTURE MAY NOT BE ON THE FARM!
Read that again. One of the most successful entrepreneurs in Nigeria’s agricultural sector may never plant a single seed.
When people think of agribusiness, the default advice is always: "Buy land and start farming." But farming is only one piece of a much larger puzzle.
Nigeria has millions of farmers, but we lose massive value to poor storage, weak logistics, and zero processing. The greatest wealth isn't just in producing food, it's in preserving, processing, and distributing it.
You don't need hundreds of hectares of land to win. You can build a highly profitable business by solving one specific problem:
Storage & Logistics: Solar-powered cold rooms, refrigerated transport, or agricultural warehousing.
Value Addition: Turning raw cassava into starch/flour, or fresh fruits into juice to extend shelf life.
Equipment Leasing: Renting out tractors or irrigation tools to multiple farming clusters.
Commodity Aggregation: Linking verified farmers directly to major institutional buyers.
Market First, Production Later
Never enter agriculture simply because "people must eat." Producing first and searching for buyers later is speculation, not a business strategy. Before you plant, process, or aggregate, identify a reliable market (supermarkets, hotels, factories, or exporters) and build your supply system around confirmed demand.
You don’t need a massive factory to start. Occupy just one valuable position that farmers or buyers repeatedly need.
If you were to invest in Nigeria’s agricultural sector today, would you choose farming, food processing, cold storage, equipment leasing, or logistics?

Stepped out this morning in Canada 🇨🇦 and saw this automated garbage truck quietly doing its thing in heavy rain. No stress, no mess, just efficient service keeping the community clean.
Back home in Nigeria 🇳🇬? Garbage piles up for weeks or months, becoming breeding grounds for disease and flooding hazards.
Good government isn't rocket science.
Every Local Government should have 2-3 of these trucks.
What exactly is stopping our President, Governors, and Chairmen from delivering basic waste management like this?
@jon_d_doe If Sir Agba's chats where to be said with voice,I can imagine the kind of strong voice you would have used. 'He'll not marry you...' 'if you want marriage, you either go for a married man...'
