Only key thing im struggling with is the ctrl and click option that Rstudio has for opening and viewing objects. Found this to be super useful for opening up datasets.

With a tiny bit of extra YAML (header) work, you can use Rmarkdown directly in your scripts with the special comments `#'`, and produce lovely HTML/Word/... documents with sections, equations, ..
