@Afrihost Your updates aren't good enough @Afrihost, can you please actually EXPLAIN what is going on? It's obviously network related, you must have multiple routes so what's happening with activating your DR processes?

@bluehost This is ridiculous. Stop saying "you're working on it". Tell us WHAT the problem is, what you have done to resolve it, why it is taking so long and what your ETA is for a fix. For a hosting provider, the level of communication provided is completely unacceptable.
