@evantindell Not clear if they think the trade was bad or if a similar market move would've happened with a different Luka health/effort update. Maybe total wins will rise, but less uncertainty without him. I guess any trade with a 2029 first should hurt this year and next at least a little.

@evantindell I would have thought all the mentioned factors aren’t relevant in a reasonably efficient market beyond the very short term because they should impact new rental prices similarly to new purchase prices. The exception is inflation expectations which benefit owners but not renters
