Turns out synaptic vesicles are absolutely packed with glutamate (around 8000 molecules on average). This is what that would look like in an average 40nm diameter vesicle!
Also shown are some of the main vesicle proteins present in their reported average abundance.

Have you ever done a dense grid search over neural network hyperparameters? Like a *really dense* grid search? It looks like this (!!). Blueish colors correspond to hyperparameters for which training converges, redish colors to hyperparameters for which training diverges.
