Just re-read my own heart failure paper from last year. I should write a follow-up, replacing the Cox model entirely with a purely symbolic model:

@Philip_Goff Yes, but why isn't it? I think two things are missing, and both are easy to add - temporal existence (recurrent networks) and a coupling with quantum effects.
In principle we could add both in our labs at @AbzuAI, and so could many other labs.
