@jamesonen My guy, we see this low-key influencing effort. There's a clear effort to come across like you're asking innocent qns, whilst helping to lay the ground for a "guilty" verdict. We see you, because we're not foolish ๐
@ArsenalAFC_News@AFC__Xtra You wouldn't believe it but the stats say that Martinelli, playing RW, actually got more assists than Madueke did. On overall G/A, there's no contest.
@KevsArsa@SpireJim No. It needed to be posted. Because there might be 10s or 100s more like him/her. And they'd feel entitled to make this sort of claim now or in the future.
@SpireJim For some, their contribution to Spire was an expression of love/admiration, a token of appreciation, a message of protest, maybe a small loan, but what Spire wasn't prepared for was that to others it was an investment, for which (big) returns could be expected, & claimed...!
In many countries outside Africa, classroom hours are less, but still people learn and develop. Perhaps Uganda is one of the countries where students stay longest in class on a typical school day - especially in boarding schools.
On top of the long class hours, day scholars return home with daily loads of homework. Theyโre even given more work to carry home for weekends! School books and homework become a nuisance at home! What special output justifies this intensive schooling?
Dear Minister of Education, we really need to do something about this. This kind of schooling destroys brains and wholesome growth of our people. Many grade-obsessed parents canโt speak out, some fearing the blackmail from schools asking them to take their children elsewhere. Classwork is important, but education and life in general are not all about books.
@serugo@observerug Eh bambi nga walaba! Nze I remember when they raided in 2006 (election time). Only switched off the website though. We were running a tally center and Besigye was in the lead.
