You may wonder why I don’t complain about the oddly large number of South African trolls who reply to my tweets (not just the ones about South Africa). Twitter pays eligible creators based on engagement, including trolling, from verified users. In dollars, not rands. Thanks guys!
From "random" invasions, land grabs have now escalated into organized events "with visible collusion between SAPS and Correctional Services officials." But don't worry, South Africa, it's not happening...

It's an uncomfortable truth we've been avoiding. We told ourselves that this rhetoric is just showmanship. Those spouting it, somehow, don't mean it. The overwhelming hate now on display forces us to take a cold, hard look at the fact that we've crossed the Rubicon. No amount of headsandery can hide the blatant truth.
“Kill the Boer” is a chant that incites violence. South Africa’s leaders and politicians must take action to protect Afrikaner and other disfavored minorities. The United States is proud to offer those individuals who qualify for admission to our nation amid this continued horrible threat of violence.
The United States stands ready to help the descendants of settlers in South Africa who are being expropriated and abused by the South African government. Pursuant to President Trump’s Executive Order, the State Department is suspending all non-life saving aid to the Republic of South Africa. Persecuted South African farmers and other innocent victims being targeted solely based on their race who choose to resettle in America will be welcome. The United States will also defend the rights and interests of those remaining descendants of settlers threatened with expropriation without compensation and other intolerable abuses. We will no longer stand by while God-given rights are so cruelly violated.
