🏌️♂️ Exciting news from us at Indiana Golf! 🎉 Last night, we announced our $6.5M capital campaign to establish a new homesite for Indiana Golf and grow programming in the state. 🏘️ The initial phase of the campaign raised $4.3 million to date, with the goal to raise all $6.5 million by Summer 2024.
📍 The Pete and Alice Dye Indiana Golf Center is planned to be built on the grounds of The Fort Golf Resort at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park in Indianapolis, offering a centralized location for the Indiana Golf staff to reach courses, events, and programming throughout the state.
🔍 What to expect? A spacious 13,000 sq. ft. facility boasting administrative spaces, the Indiana Golf Hall of Fame, a brand-new indoor golf academy, and a top-notch short game practice area.
💬 Our Executive Director, Mike David, notes, “This new homesite will bolster programs like PGA HOPE and First Tee, amplifying golf’s contribution to Indiana’s economy and community.”
🚧 The Pete and Alice Dye Indiana Golf Center is gearing up to break ground in Spring 2024, with doors opening in Spring 2025.
