@gcheung28 That’s a good call. We currently organize by team but could have better “landing pages” or index pages. One key barrier is being forced to think about where the page belongs before writing it.

As a remote first startup, we trying to develop a documentation first culture. But everything we write goes into the Notion abyss! We spend so much time trying to find docs that we’ll just give up & write it again. How do you manage docs and why is Notion search so bad?
