🚨‼️There is a big and important debate going on in Poland. Acc to latest findings, Russia used its spy network to spread propaganda against the former government. "F*ck L&J" (Law and Justice Party) - was one of the slogans actively promoted by Russian intelligence in last yrs.

Polish media (TVN24 station) have now access to the counter-intelligence investigation, which began in 2023. In March 2023, the Polish #ABW (counterintelligence agency) dismantled the Russian espionage network that had been set up to monitor military transports to Ukraine and railways in Poland, to prepare acts of diversion or even assassinations and physical attacks, as well as spreading disinformation against Poland. The first perpetrators have been convicted, and now the media have access to the details.

The media published an inside story based on the ABW's and court docs. According to media reports, Russia actively used its intelligence agencies and their capabilities to fight against the former Poland’s government. Russian officers used their assets to spread typical political propaganda.

It is now clear that Russia paid for the distribution of such texts: "F*ck Law and Justice", "Duda (President of PL) go away" or "NATO go home". Russian collaborators were used to smear the Polish authorities. Russia orchestrated an information campaign to interfere in the political debate in Poland. The aim was to promote slogans used by the Polish opposition (currently the ruling coalition) and to weaken the Polish conservative government, which Russia found as hostile to its interests.

The “F*ck L&J” was one of the main slogans that was yelled during anti-gov't public meetings before 2023, it was also promoted by many opposition leaders, who are now members of the governmental administration. Russia promoted this quote by its intelligence.

Thanks to the current debate public opinion in Poland has found this out:

➡️Russian intelligence promoted a vulgar slogan to stir up tensions in Poland and destabilise the former PL government. It's obvious that Russia was fighting against the former ruling party.

➡️In 2023 Russia changed its measures of intelligence operations. They became more aggressive and intensive. Polish counterintelligence noticed this change and found a way to counter new types of threats.

❗️This case proved what should be well known to all NATO members - Russia uses its intelligence to fight Western governments for their anti-Russian policies. This kind of interference could be repeated in all Western countries. The West has to be aware.
