New report from CNN details increasing isolation of Ron DeSantis in the GOP over his refusal to endorse frontrunner Byron Donalds:

“Everybody has tried to talk sense into him, including the president. Ron is leaving without a lot of friends. There’s going to be a big effort to take the shine off of him and he won’t have a platform to defend himself."

This comes as Byron Donalds made comments in recent days indicating he was looking forward to having DeSantis' support in the GE election against David Jolly.

This person submitted a FOIA request to his City for HIS OWN LICENSE PLATE (Flock Data) and was DENIED due to "privacy concerns."

I REPEAT: When a man requested FLOCK FOOTAGE of HIS OWN CAR, the CITY claimed it was a PRIVACY VIOLATION and DENIED his request.

So Flock can SPY on you in a mass surveillance state but YOU cannot even see YOUR OWN data or surveillance footage of YOU YOURSELF.

Make it make sense.

It looks like the Volusia County, FL Sheriff Mike Chitwood thinks it's a good use of taxpayer dollars to pay a fabricator to build hidden compartments for Flock cameras so he can violate everyone's basic 4th Amendment rights and sell/give the information to 3rd parties without anyone's consent.

This bill still has to clear the Senate.

The Flock CEO is calling people that don’t want 24x7 government surveillance terrorists.

I have an idea - let’s put a public live feed camera outside his house. Let’s make sure we have drones and camera systems following him around. Or better - why doesn’t he make his cell phone data available to the public for 24x7 monitoring of his location and who is with him in a car?

I’m guessing this scrawny 12 year old nerd lecturing us on not wanting to be surveilled won’t share his data publicly so why should he be able to force us to?

Flock told the Oshkosh city council its cameras don't track where your car goes.

The council found out that was false. They killed the contract 7 to 0 in about 24 hours.

Let me just get ahead of this one.

The United States Congress is going to be exempt from being surveilled by Flock cameras.

Just like they are exempt from:

ObamaCare.
Vaccine mandates.
Insider trading crimes.
Freedom of Information Act.
FISA warrantless spying.
Term limits.

Hey @glangley — I was the head of design for connected devices at Axon when we did the deal with @Flock_Safety.

What you may not know is that our CEO, Rick Smith had met with Vigilant, the ALPR leader at the time.

During the demo, their team pulled up a random Axon employee’s car from the parking lot and showed the Axon leadership everywhere that car had been.

I wasn’t in the meeting, but I’m told Rick immediately kicked them out of the Scottsdale office.

You can make a good case for officers (hell, even politicians) wearing body cams because it empowers citizens to watch the watchers.

Flock offers no such benefit.

You’ll likely justify the surveillance state you’re helping create with platitudes of a “safer society”.

But America wasn’t founded to be safe.

America was founded to be FREE.

Flock is much more compatible with totalitarian countries like China or the UK, and I wish you great success there.

As Benjamin Franklin famously summarized America’s ethos of rugged individualism:

"Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."

Now kindly get the flock out of America.
