While scrolling through my feed today, I found a thread discussing professional athletes' ability to perform and how their age affects that. It is important to keep in mind that just because we age, it does not mean we lose the ability to do the things we love.#AdvocacyinAging24

@annasanadvocate Your native language. Those that do not speak English and or know it as their first language tend to have a harder time living and aging in places like the U.S.
