@CapitecBankSA you probably want to reconsider your replies in the light of this, your own fee schedule, that you should actually know. shows Capitec DOES charge a fee to close an account.

@CapitecBankSA I'd rather you didn't just brush off a legitimate customer query. which is: if capitec restricts the final R25 on my account, how am I supposed to get the balance to zero please?
@CapitecBankSA right, but how can I get the account down to zero? you restrict the last R25 from being withdrawn or transferred. if it is the case that R10 is charged to withdraw the final R25, then the R10 is in fact a de facto account closure fee. please can you clarify?
@AuthyHelp I had to hear from a third party that Twilo has been breached! Uninstalled Authy instantly and deleted account. You're not being trusted with any of my personal data
@mozthunderbird so only a year to wait until you put back the feature that you effectively removed with last great version (68) where I froze my updates until you understood that not all your users want a bland Apple Mail experience π
@twitpane any update please? it seems very straightforward...either Google has made a mistake or the Dev has. there are literally people who have paid you good money for a premium app and it looks like they're being left hanging
@twitpane any news yet please on when the Plus will be restored? it's not fair to make users pay again if they've already paid. surely by now Google would have said what the issue is and you can fix it?
@fireflyrentalsa please can you advise of weekday opening time at JNB? I have a 5:30am drop-off but some websites say your offices only open 6am? is this right? what are out-of-office procedures if dropping off before your opening time? thanks
@StarlingBank@AnneBoden That's 3 updates to the app inside a week. These updates can't possibly be improvements. They are surely bug fixes discovered after a previous version roll-out. I used to be a fan. Now I see the Starling app is rushed through quality control.
@StarlingBank@AnneBoden Sorry to report this, but with the app update today it brings to about 5 the number of updates in the last month. Something has to be wrong because these are clearly bug fixes, not new features. I'm going back to my old bank until I have more confidence.
