@vdcalhoun@biorxiv_neursci Where do you see the phrase 'reintroduced motion' in the paper. Regardless, consider high-pass filtering followed by motion regression. Unless the motion regressors are similarly filtered wouldn't you agree that signal will appear in frequencies previously filtered? Same idea.
@rotembot@SIPSplacebo@bogpetre@martacek@fMRIstats@Na_Friedman After 5 years of collecting data on this project--the largest placebo neuroimaging study to date--it's wonderful to be able to take fMRI correlates of placebo analgesia to the next level of scale!
It's not too late to apply for @jhubiostat's open positions: 1 (or more) tenure-track open rank, and an education focused non-tenure track position. Spread the word and apply to join our collegial, mission oriented, and intellectually stimulating environment! Links below.
Our beliefs shape our response to treatment. Pretty amazing, right? @SIPSplacebo But do placebo effects operate via low-level perceptual or high-level cognitive and affective processes? Preprint w/ @bogpetre@martacek@fMRIstats@Na_Friedman@torwager https://t.co/PHexnHYyJ3 👇
