So here's another fabulous day, I never thought I'd see this year. My 6th flight, but my first long haul tonight. My old favs @emirates. @bhx_official have been amazing getting me to flights. I'm back whizzing round this fabulous world. Dubai here I come. #CancerSurvivor

@NationalHways Another complete mess by the our woefully untrained highways agency. M275 closed 3 staff chatting while traffic backed up. On 3rd lap round in an hr. Place ur vehicles, and signage correctly and service the public who pay you. Watched them move cars 4 times inchs

@lidlfrance Lidl have a lot of English customers in France. You speak as good as French as possible in store. Yet when there is a problem, your English. When your spend €100 a week, your a customer. When there's a problem, your English. MERCI female manager in LA FERTE MACE.

@lidlfrance If you are English, don't buy items you may possibly have to return. I had items missing out of a box. I was told ring customer service, number given is in French. Manager at La Ferte Mace, Orne. Did not want to help. We have seen this happen to other English.

@lidlfrance why are English people not shopping in Lidl in France? Because like the terrible female manager in Lidl Ferte Mace, who yet again refuses to help, with an item. Refused to give her name, because I speak bad French, wouldn't help. Item's missing out of box.

@bhx_official staff always so kind and helpful. Especially the assistance lads who met the Jet2 1220 from Naples to bhx on Tuesday. Although I didn't use the service, they went out of their way to offer assistance, to people who might need it. Thanks lads for being so kind

@jet2tweets I don't think you can beat ground crew and cabin crew of Jet2. They must be treated well by company, as 3rd holiday and still all extremely helpful. Delenge on the 1220 on Tues from Naple to Bhx. This girl was so good in her role as cabin crew. She engages so well.

@CostaCoffee no cream saga pt2. So I see people with cream on drinks, I go back and ask for my half drunk drink to be remade, as not my fault u didn't have ingredients 10mins ago. Dylan the manager, tells me no. Tells me I am stressed and I don't need this! I left #complaint

@CostaCoffee What coffee shop runs out of cream, so can't make half the drinks on the menu. That includes all your festive ones. Yet charges £4.20 for half of the drink I ordered. I pointed out the shop over the retail park sells squirty cream, no response #costahalfmeasures

Today B'ham Airport @bhx_official. Post covid, things are certainly picking up. Today 1st time using @jet2tweets, 1st of 4 booked flights with them. Staff super friendly and helpful, good start. Great to see @UKairports busy again. Heading for #Budapest #Hungary #FrequentFlyer
