Every cancer organ gets the same sequence: surgery is the standard, then trials show you often don't need it, then surgery becomes the salvage.
Breast, larynx, limb, rectum, esophagus, mesothelioma.
Bladder is next. Patients want their organs. 🧵
@anullag_Earth19@docrohan lol stop implying FMGE needs to be “like USMLE.” Compare the exam to what it actually leads to. USMLE comes w/ a completely different pathway & opportunities. if ur demanding that level of difficulty, look at what u r offering in return 😂. Come back to earth.
@docrohan wtf is the concept of “internship seats” ? The more interns the better, anyway they’re just used for lame work. I’d say 90% ward boy work and 10% teaching? So this concept of “seats” is a scam. Maybe they’re just trying to save money.
@Oncologycorner I believe not, unfortunately I have seen only a few patients undergo NGS only when the “standard therapy” or “chemo” has failed. I think, sequencing needs to be offered upfront. Sadly its not advocated for enough

@knyamed if you’re going to send the wrong product, the least you could do is let customers exchange or return it. Wrong order + no option to return + no resolution isn’t customer service.

@KoshurNewton the worst part probably is there is no proper/real data about cancer patients here. To even “think” to reduce the incidence, real verified data needs to be put out.
Watching an 11 year old video of Dr Kurzrock's talk on precision oncology in 2026 is a strange experience as a student. Half the talk feels like history, and the other half still feels like the future. This was truly ahead of its time 🤯🤯 @Dr_R_Kurzrock
