@Notwokenow I agree people should be required to speak English to be naturalized. How do you conclude that this accident was caused by his inability to speak and read English. Isn't that the crux? And you post a question: "Could the driver not read the construction warning signs?"
@MarcoFoster_@KyleKulinski Maybe instead of a tantrum, he can explain the legal error they made. Almost by definition, a 'law' results in choosing one path over another. You don't get to win every time just because you really, really want to and think you're right.
