💼⚖️ Different laws in Indian courts for the rich and the poor? 💸👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Kya अब India में rich और poor के लिए law अलग-अलग हो गए हैं? CoinSwitch का case देखिए — उनकी बात सुनी जाती है और उन्हें पूरा पैसा वापस मिल जाता है। लेकिन जब आम users अदालत जाते हैं, तो उनकी सुनवाई तक नहीं होती। यह clearly आम लोगों और rich लोगों के बीच भेदभाव है।

Indian courts में ऐसा कब से होने लगा? खुद देखिए — 4.3 million (43 लाख) users का सवाल है। ये लाखों लोग justice के लिए रो रहे हैं। उनके पैसे चले गए, और government को सिर्फ tax चाहिए। अगर कोई गलती होती है, तो responsibility लेने की बजाय उसे टाल दिया जाता है। लेकिन अगर कोई rich person या company उसी issue पर case करे, तो उनकी बात तुरंत सुनी जाती है।

WazirX में जैसे CoinSwitch ने पैसा लगाया था, वैसे ही लाखों users ने भी लगाया। Phir CoinSwitch को पैसा मिलेगा, लेकिन users को नहीं? CoinSwitch का case सुना जाएगा, जबकि users का reject कर दिया जाएगा। Ye कैसा justice है?

Ye स्थिति cryptocurrency platform WazirX के recent hack से जुड़ी है, जहां 2024 में $230 million से ज़्यादा की चोरी हुई। Bombay High Court ने recently (October 2025) CoinSwitch के पक्ष में फैसला दिया, जिससे उन्हें उनके फंसे हुए funds (लगभग ₹62 करोड़) सुरक्षित करने की permission मिली। लेकिन WazirX के लाखों retail users अभी भी अपने losses की भरपाई के लिए struggle कर रहे हैं, और उनकी petitions अक्सर reject हो जाती हैं या लंबित रहती हैं।

Kya यह corporate entities और individual investors के बीच inequality नहीं दिखाता? न्याय व्यवस्था को सभी के लिए equal होना चाहिए, चाहे वो rich हों या poor। Ye issue सिर्फ financial justice से नहीं जुड़ा, बल्कि देश की legal system की impartiality पर भी सवाल उठाता है। Kya समय नहीं आ गया कि government और courts आम आदमी की आवाज को भी उतनी ही seriousness से सुने?

Today, on 26th August 2025, the hearing of the WazirX–Binance case took place in the Delhi High Court.

I, along with thousands of other WazirX users, humbly request all news channels, journalists 📰, and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court ⚖️ to hear our voice. Nischal Shetty, the founder of WazirX, is a scammer who has destroyed the lives of millions of users. He has lied everywhere and fooled people.

Here are some of the serious things Nischal has done ❌:
•Misled users with false promises 🤥.
•Exploited people’s hard-earned money 💰 for his own benefit.
•Has already siphoned off over ₹400 crore 💸.
•Even users facing medical emergencies 🚑 are being denied INR withdrawals.
•Using users’ own money to fight cases against users in court ⚔️.
•Building his new businesses 🏢 with users’ funds.
•Withdraws funds whenever he wants, without proof, transparency, or accountability.
•Treats users’ money as if it is his own father’s property 😡.
•Escapes responsibility by blaming others.
•Completely ignored the concerns of users.

👉 If any news channel highlights this issue, it will be a huge support for all affected users. We urge you to bring forward the truth of the WazirX scam, because this is not just about money — it is about the trust of 4.4 million Indian users 🙏 who invested their life savings.

17th Jan 2025 को जो तूने हमें rebalance tokens दिए थे, वो आज भी मेरे WazirX account में 40% loss में कैसे हैं❓
मतलब, अगर तूने 17th Jan को मुझे ₹10 lakh दिए होते, तो आज भी मुझे सिर्फ ₹6 lakh ही मिल रहे हैं 😡💔

अब जरा सोचना —
आज के market में BTC $117K, ETH $4200, और XRP $3.3 है 📈

तो फिर मेरा balance उसी level पर क्यों नहीं आया, जो 17th Jan को था?

⚡ और सबसे बड़ी बात — मेरा portfolio तो आज वो कम से कम 3x–5x तक grow हो चुका है 📊

लेकिन WazirX की “rebalancing” के बाद मैं आज भी loss में हूँ ❌

और सबसे बड़ा सवाल — मेरे investments का तू सिर्फ 30% ही value दे रहा है 😤

ये कैसी rebalancing strategy है भाई, जो market ऊपर जाने के बाद भी हम loss में है?💔

साफ़ लग रहा है, ये एक planned manipulation And #CryptoScam है 💣
17th Jan से आज तक तूने जो भी “rebalance” का drama किया, वो सिर्फ users का पैसा काटने और value कम करने के लिए किया गया लगता है 💵✂️

1.जब market ऊपर है, तो portfolio नीचे क्यों है?
2.17th Jan का level आज तक क्यों नहीं आया?
