Now working @oniHQ in sunny San Diego 😎
We are excited to announce our $75 million in #SeriesB funding led by ARCH Venture Partners and Casdin Capital, LLC. We’d like to thank all our investors for their faith and commitment to ONI and look forward to many significant milestones ahead. https://t.co/DUQ3oyTrsJ
@Nicolas26538817 @LaineBioImaging Cons: slightly clunky interface for updating colormaps; and individual channels can't be turned off when rendering videos or in the online viewer
@Nicolas26538817 @LaineBioImaging Sort of: colormaps are set in ImageJ, and the data is baked to RGB before being sent to the FPBioimage viewer app. In the app, you don't have access to individual channels - but you can update colormaps in ImageJ and render the updated data almost instantly
@Nicolas26538817 @LaineBioImaging Pros: simple user interface; all ImageJ colormaps are available to you; and excellent data compression for online sharing
More online visualisation: I made a js data viewer based on @plotly_js, published today by @MoghadamPeyman et al. in @NatureComms: computer-aided discovery of a material, making oxygen tanks smaller/lighter/safer for use in eg. emergency medical situations https://t.co/2X26V4rrkl
@DrLachie Just what I need! 😊May I send it to @CDTPhotonics for a small news item on their website?
Let's chat about the Ajax plugin over coffee one day
I was very pleased to see people taking photos in my FPBioimage talk at #fom2018. If you see this and have a photo, please tweet it to me - my funding body would love to have a snap for their website! Thanks ;)
Nice to give my talk on the first day at #fom2018, now to relax and enjoy the rest of the conference! Visit the FPBioimage demo site to share your 3D data: https://t.co/vqvGZToPm4
