Three claim consultants later, several empty promises and still no progress on my claim submitted 11 days ago. I’ve had to resubmit the requested documents and evidence more than three times @iwyze. This is appalling service!

@iwyze It’s now emerged that your claim consultants do not verify the information provided to them by other insurance companies. They failed to verify a policy number against the policy holder’s name and ID number, incorrectly linking a policy that was not mine to my claim.
