you guys realize pure encapsulations is Nestle owned right? and thorne is now procter and gamble owned...the same procter and gamble that made crisco?
what are your favorite supplements now that these are compromised
Even after living in Brazil for four years, the politics never cease to surprise me. Same race as last time. They just ran the son because the father is under house arrest for trying to overturn the last one.

built a linter for non-deterministic rules like “business logic should live in services.” powered by Typesafe Jev.
95% of agentic code is good now but 5% is still absolute nonsense, this is how to fix that:

Now I'm building the next iteration of Design Sensei: a curated marketplace where startups can find and book design advisors directly.
I'll be sharing updates as I build, design explorations, & things I'm learning along the way.

@Looking4College@foundmyfitness@Looking4College Glad to hear! I was too and felt so lucky I stumbled upon that information somewhere else because, it's not exactly a cheap supplement haha.
@HankFrank I remember reading an article about how they tried to take elite African runners and tried to create a cycling team and apparently it didn't work out that well. Curious if going cycling -> running is any different...
@ashebytes Nervous system regulation has and continues be very beneficial to me, but if anything, I think it's anti-correlated to success in tech.
Most success cases I've seen seem to show that as well. Diet cokes, coffee, little sleep, and high cortisol seem to be the common denominator.
@HealthyGamerGG Part of the reason why I brick my phone for half the day (2 hours before & after bed). Really puts a dent on the urge to do something about stuff and helps me be present
If it's boring, make it not boring e.g.:
- Lift with a friend
- Lift caffeinated
- Lift at a group class
- Walk and listen to podcasts
- Walk with a dog (you can borrow one at a shelter)
- Walk somewhere scenic or around people
- etc
There's always a way to make it less boring, and even fun.
@MatthewBerman Sorta...but how will it know your your macOS settings like modifier keys you've changed, launchd jobs, etc?
We're very much interested in this problem at @_darkmatterlabs and are building an open source option for that: https://t.co/jk8asNazhJ. Curious to hear your thoughts.
@kingsleymorgan_ If you're interested in experimenting, you could try bricking your phone for the first couple hours of the day as well...it's been a major increase to my productivity (that goes well beyond the first 2 hours of the day)
