nobody tells you this part: OpenAI didn't ship an assistant, they shipped the f*cking org chart you were about to pay five salaries for
here's the one-person company architecture to build around it:
one dot. five workstreams. one loop that keeps feeding itself
01 research
raw signals + source material → a brief with the evidence attached, not just a summary
02 product
that brief + ongoing feedback → scoped work, tested code, a PR sitting in your review queue
03 content
the shipped update + your own voice → launch copy, clips and drafts that sound like you wrote them
04 sales
account context + what the lead actually needs → a proposal and a prepped first call
05 operations
open records + pending commitments → invoices drafted, reviews queued, nothing silently missed
the part that makes this a system instead of five separate bots:
research feeds what product builds. product feeds what content announces. sales feeds what ops has to track. and every correction you make flows back into the next run
the loop:
set the goal → the dot gathers evidence → it does the work → you review it → the correction improves the next cycle
one Primary Dot runs all five. the branches aren't separate assistants, they're one agent's flows
connect your tools once, set the approval rules once, and the 24/7 part stops being a slogan
save this, then go build it ⭣
Dots are here!
A new way to use AI that works 24/7 for you; get more of your time and attention back to work at a higher level.

ANTHROPIC LEAKED A $4.1M INTERNAL FILE THAT RUNS THE HEALTH OF EVERY ONE OF THEIR ENGINEERS
they hand this file to every employee for free, and it cuts roughly $1M a month off their insurance bill
business → health → money → life
four domains on one bus, and Jev is the wire between them
the planner on Opus 5 lays out the week, two agents on Sonnet 5 run business and health
three agents on Haiku 4.5 sit on money, life and watching all of it at once
143 hours out of the 168 in your week go through them, that is 85.1% and that is the 85%
forty-four decisions a day, 39 of them close without asking you a single thing
only five reach you, and only because you wrote the rules yourself: over $400, anything medical, anything legal, anyone new
those five rules were written before the first run, not fitted by the model after it
one missed call and tomorrow's whole pipeline rewrites itself, because business and health hang on the same bus
building it costs $6.38, running it costs $149.50 a month, and $107,640 is circling in the loop
and here is the brutal part of this file: there are 19 hours it never touches at all
the price, who you hire, who you fire, the deal, the diagnosis, the contract, the apology stay entirely with you
85% of your hours is not 85% of what decides your year
save this and paste it into Claude Code - let it take those 143 hours off you ↓
BREAKING: SpaceXAI just released a new update for Grok Build, v1.0.46
This update brings faster startup, fewer delays on network drives and clearer progress updates.
It also fixes MCP reporting, tool-search summaries, rule handling, token counts and video playback.
Performance
• list_dir on network or virtual filesystems now skips slow subtree counts and prints a notice instead.
• Session startup is faster when loading skills from large directories and shows what it is doing instead of a generic spinner.
Bug Fixes
• MCP server sources are now correctly reported by grok inspect and the MCP doctor.
• Tool search activity now correctly folds as "Ran N tool searches" instead of claiming MCP tool results.
• Client rules supplied at session start are now preserved when the system prompt is rebuilt later.
• Permission rules with relative paths now correctly apply even when the cwd contains symlinks.
• Context compacted line now shows the correct token count immediately after compaction instead of at the end of a long turn.
• Enter on video cards no longer attempts playback in terminals that cannot show it or lack ffmpeg.
• Video cards now open the file in the default player on Enter in terminals without inline playback support, and no longer get stuck trying to extract posters without ffmpeg.
@elonmusk funny how the model that refuses the least is the one everyone's scared will misuse cyber tools, meanwhile the ones blocking 50%+ of tasks are calling that "safety"
@elonmusk a 16 second clip pulled from a campaign ad and stretched into "this is exactly what they'll do" is a stretch even by political hyperbole standards
