More than 700 Iranian students admitted to some of the most competitive programs at prestigious American🇺🇸universities are stuck behind the notorious & arbitrary walls of administrative processing (AP), while regime officials and their families come and go as they please.

America🇺🇸has countless natural, great, and determined allies amongst Iran's educated youth, and by admitting qualified students, we can help expand this invaluable network, not to mention these students won't cost the American taxpayer a dime (their education must be and is funded).

Imagine the injection of thousands of highly skilled doctors, engineers, scientists, and researchers into the American economy when the need for high skilled workers is at an all time high.

My office has successfully litigated and resolved a number of AP cases, but far too many remain outstanding across the board, and these talented students will soon lose their admission offers. In other words, all is lost soon unless US officials take immediate action to address this matter.

I urge the @StateDept @DHSgov @TheJusticeDept @FBI @SecMayorkas @SecBlinken @USEmbassyTurkey @usembarmenia @USAinUAE to resolve these issues in time, and allow for admission to the US of those student visas who have been thoroughly vetted.
