Less than 24 hours left! No sales pitches. Just ideas.
That’s what FatAlpha Value events are known for. And this is the last day to join one.
95% of participants at our last online event said the price was low or very fair. That was with 4 fewer sessions.
120+ investors are already in, and most of them are professionals.
Most of these speakers have presented at our events in Cyprus, Asia, and Brazil, and several of their past ideas have been multi-baggers. They’re sharp investors, and I’ve learned a lot from them. I think you will too.
Our Online Conference is the only event of the year open to all.
What you get:
•13 company-specific stock ideas
•A discussion and Q&A on building AI agents for investing
•6 networking sessions
•Full replays if you can’t make it live
•A private WhatsApp group to chat with others, open until our next online event
We’ve extended registration for our 3rd Online Conference until 11:59 pm New York time tonight, giving you one last chance.

I'm a client of yours and purchased a product that Zoom Support told me would address my needs. Today, a different support person told me that isn't the case. I have evidence from the chat transcript I downloaded. I asked to escalate this to a manager. This was 4-5 hours ago. No answer yet. Is this how you treat your repeat clients? Completely unprofessional and unethical. Very disappointed.
One of my LinkedIn connections is starting a CFA Level 1 study group. I started writing her a few tips. It turned into an article!
I passed all three levels on the first try and taught Level 1 for years. Here's some of what I tell every class:
• Buy the BA II Plus today. Not next month. Today.
• Master the calculation questions. There are only so many ways to ask them.
• Tips for using the BA II Plus
• Ethics isn't common sense. Learn the rules, even the ones that sound stupid.
• Buy some notes. The source material is too long.
• Take your first mock six weeks out. It will hurt. That's the point.
16 tips in total, plus why pass rates really fell. (Hint: the exam didn't get harder.)

Underpromise, overdeliver.
It’s what every investor wants from the management of the stocks we own. For my conferences, I try to do the same.
I put myself in the attendee’s seat and ask:
“Would I be happy with this event?”
“Did it deliver everything I expected, and more?”
“Was it worth the fee I paid?”
That’s how I organize all my events, and the online conference is no different.
When we launched, and even after more than half the tickets had sold, the promise was 12 stock-idea sessions and 4 networking sessions.
What attendees will actually get:
• 14 sessions: 13 stock ideas, plus a discussion and Q&A with a fund manager on building an AI agent to help us invest
• 6 networking sessions instead of 4
• All on top of the existing WhatsApp group and investment forum for participants
Underpromise, overdeliver.

Joel Schols built AI agents to watch his stocks.
On the podcast last month, Joel walked me through the AI agent he built to monitor stocks at Chess Capital:
1) Checks prices against his buy and sell targets.
2) Reads company releases and flags anything that breaks his thesis.
It all runs on a $20-a-month subscription, with tokens to spare!
Watch the episode now. Then bring your questions to Joel live at the 3rd FatAlpha Value Online Conference, where we will host a discussion and Q&A on AI agents. Podcast first, questions second. That’s how you get the most out of both.

The trade he shared returned 37% in 21 days. It was a merger arbitrage play between two Brazilian companies that was supposed to take 2 months, but the spread overshot and closed in three weeks instead.
I first met Julio Coelho at our June event in Rio. A young, passionate, and knowledgeable investor, so I reached out to him. He will be presenting live at the 3rd FatAlpha Value Online Conference on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮–𝟮𝟯.
Julio has a career in asset management in both São Paulo and London, along with experience in Debt Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions. He was Head of the Lending Desk at Wincent, a high-frequency trading shop, before founding Lapin Capital in 2019. Lapin focuses on small-cap value opportunities and has achieved an annualized return in excess of 20% since inception. He holds a BS in Neuroscience from Universidade Federal do ABC.

One of the most loved investors in my 11 years running my Cyprus event. Not only a lovely person but also incredibly knowledgeable. Ask her about any stocks in retail, media, or CPG, and expect real insights as Berna skips straight to what matters. Stuff that makes you think and adds value.
We missed her this year, so we're lucky to have her at the 3rd FatAlpha Value Online Conference on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮–𝟮𝟯, where she'll pitch an investment idea.
@Hedge_FundGirl has three decades in the capital markets, with deep expertise in retail, e-commerce, traditional and digital media, gaming and leisure, and consumer packaged goods. She began her career in equity derivatives at Goldman Sachs and was a buy-side analyst at Sanford Bernstein covering global consumer cyclicals, before working as an analyst at long/short funds including Sky Zone Capital, Metropolitan Capital and LaGrange Capital, and as a portfolio manager at Swiss Re and a family office. She founded and managed the Ingleside Select Fund. She later wrote the Empire Financial Daily newsletter, which reached over 200,000 subscribers, and is now a partner at the financial media platform Wall Street Beats. Berna holds an AB from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert Leitz launched iolite Capital with nothing but his own capital before the bottom was even in. He still does in-depth due diligence (eg., before investing in a miner, he personally flew to Peru to inspect its facility).
Robert is presenting live at the 3rd FatAlpha Value Online Conference on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮–𝟮𝟯.
He is the founder and managing director of iolite Capital, a Zurich investment firm that takes concentrated, long-term positions in a small number of listed businesses. He previously worked in commodities and special situations at Glencore, TPG Credit, Goldman Sachs European Special Situations Group, and KPMG Corporate Restructuring.
He holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of St. Gallen, and has served as a non-executive director of Opterion Health.
