@NewTimesRwanda Pkagame is a liar, he has never been fair in his entire life, and he is not going to start that on #Rusesabagina. Is he fair when killing innocent people? Forcing them to disappear, where’s Bahati?
@US_SrAdvisorAF@USAmbRwanda@AfricaMediaHub@AJEnglish@BBCWorld Disbelief!PerpetratorAFC/M23: displaced 4million &denies access basic needs,thousands killed,minor raped every half hour,attack on peacekeepers,accused war crimes,crimes vs humanity &potentially genocide,get warm reception Geneva&release of detainees.Victim DRC cornered say ok!
This is Dr. Karl Von Batten. A few weeks ago, I had the great honor of meeting with representatives from across the #Rwandan opposition. More than 40 participants, representing over 30 political parties and civil society organizations, joined a discussion that lasted over four hours, focused on unity and cooperation in the pursuit of democratic change in Rwanda.
President @PaulKagame has won almost all presidential elections in Rwanda by nearly 100%. Such election results are impossible in a true democracy. Kagame has maintained power through force, manipulated results, and political intimidation; he has kept the people of Rwanda divided and afraid.
The day is approaching when the people of #Rwanda will reclaim their future in a free and fair election. The United States is committed to defending free and fair elections everywhere. President @PaulKagame should start looking for a new job, because the boot of oppression he has kept on the neck of the people of Rwanda is coming to an end.

@onduhungirehe@Lord_Collins I think you did not understand the message here! You are singling one act of criminality in your defence while he is talking about all crimes committed against humanity in DRC.
criminals like JKabarebe, shd b punished, but we need a comprehensive strategy that addresses political drivers of the conflict. An arms embargo on Rwanda , combined with efforts to encourage dialogue between the Rdan govt and opposition is essential for stable and peaceful DRC.
UK summons Rwandan High Commissioner following advances by Rwandan Defence Force and M23 in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) https://t.co/tGImNos6Bg
it seems that Rwanda will bring the issue of FDLR whenever the want to use them. A comprehensive, regional approach that addresses the security concerns of both countries is essential for achieving lasting stability in the Great Lakes region .
Peace in the DRC is linked to peace in Rwanda, and vice versa. For negotiations with M23 in the DRC to be successful, Rwanda must also engage in dialogue with the FDLR and other opposition groups. Rwanda has been operating in DRC for several years, pretending to eliminate FDLR,

Le journaliste Théoneste Nsengimana n'a pas été autorisé à comparaître devant le tribunal depuis son arrestation & tous ses documents ont été confisqués.
Il est très malade et détenu à l'isolement.
@PaulKagame doit #FreeNsengimana.

"We stand with @SimonMcDonaldUK in recognising the authoritarian traits of #Rwanda's current regime. It's imperative for the #UK to exert pressure on Rwanda to embrace democratic principles and human rights. Signing treaties doesn't automatically render Rwanda a safe state. A commitment to real change and relavant tangible actions are essential." #Rwandabill #RwandaPlan
@be_johns@PaulKagame This is not a speech from a president! What did he say? That is no longer a Rwandan but a Tutsi? And he did not start the war but made it his own??
@JudiRever @PeaceDisciple @stephensackur@VictoireUmuhoza Rwanda is far from being safe; people still die every day in silence in Rwanda and abroad; if the UK can convince Rwanda to be safe for refugees, why not try to do the same for Rwandans?
Rwanda is far from being safe; people still die every day in silence in Rwanda and abroad; if our gvt can convince Rwanda to be safe for refugees, why can they not try to do the same for Rwandans?
U can hv a political deal if it serves your purposes but don't ignore the appalling human rights records of Rda and its victims by saying that the devil has been baptised and is an angel now. our money u re giving to authoritative regime in Rda and will be used to eliminate us
If our gvt believes what they say, I dare them to tell us, the outcasted, bcz we ask why our loved ones are being killed or forced to disappear, the journalists that are dying in prisons that we are safe to express ourselves and can walk freely on the street without being killed.
